Overview
This four day safari combines two of Kenya most famous wildlife destinations. You will start at Lake Nakuru National Park, renowned for its birdlife and successful rhino sanctuary. From the Great Rift Valley lakes, you will ascend into the world famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. Here, you will spend two nights exploring the rolling savanna, tracking massive herds of wildebeest, zebras, and the predators that constantly follow them. It is the perfect concise overview of Kenyan wildlife.
Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1
Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park
You will be picked up in Nairobi and driven to Lake Nakuru National Park. After checking into your lodge and having lunch, you will head out for an afternoon game drive. You will drive along the lake shores to see flamingos and pelicans, and explore the surrounding acacia woodland to track both black and white rhinoceros, as well as the rare Rothschild giraffe.

Day 2
Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara National Reserve
After an early breakfast, you will depart Lake Nakuru and drive through the Great Rift Valley towards the Maasai Mara. You will arrive in time for lunch at your Mara accommodation. In the late afternoon, you will embark on your first exciting game drive in the Mara, seeking out lions, cheetahs, and elephants until sunset.

Day 3
Full Day Game Viewing in the Maasai Mara
This entire day is dedicated to exploring the vast expanses of the Maasai Mara. You will carry a picnic lunch so you can maximize your time in the reserve. You will visit the Mara River to view hippos and crocodiles, and spend hours observing the complex interactions between predators and prey in one of the world most complex ecosystems.

Day 4
Morning Game Drive and Departure
You will rise early for a final sunrise game drive, a great time to spot predators on the move. After returning to camp for breakfast, you will check out and begin your journey back to Nairobi, concluding your unforgettable wildlife adventure.
