These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nina Expeditions website and the booking of safari services. By accessing our website or making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Nina Expeditions is a Kenya-registered travel and safari operator providing guided tours, accommodation bookings, transfers, and related safari services across East Africa.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and a written booking confirmation from us. Itinerary proposals and quotes do not constitute a binding booking. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
All prices are quoted in USD for non-residents and KES for Kenyan residents, unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the applicable park fees, accommodation rates, and exchange rates at the time of quoting. We reserve the right to adjust prices if there are significant changes to government-mandated park fees or currency fluctuations exceeding 10%.
Clients are expected to follow the instructions of their guide at all times, particularly in national parks and private conservancies. Wildlife viewing is at nature's discretion — we cannot guarantee sightings of specific animals. Clients must respect park rules regarding noise, waste, and distance from wildlife.
Certain activities (gorilla trekking, mountain hiking, bush walks) require a reasonable level of physical fitness. It is the client's responsibility to disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation. We recommend consulting a physician and taking appropriate prophylaxis for malaria.
Clients are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents, visas, and vaccinations required for entry into Kenya and any other countries visited during the safari. We strongly recommend verifying requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate.
Nina Expeditions acts as an intermediary for third-party service providers (airlines, lodges, etc.) and shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from services provided by these third parties. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid for the safari.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or civil unrest.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
